Come knock off the rust and celebrate a return to racing with our season opening, short distance, cross-country races on Sunday, October 4th at Lincoln Park in West Seattle.

Races are intentionally scheduled as shorter than USATF race distances to get the season started.

10:50 7-8 Girls (1 mile)
11:10 7-8 Boys (1 mile)
11:30 9-10 Girls (1 mile)
11:50 9-10 Boys (1 mile)
12:10 11-12 Girls (1 mile)
12:30 11-12 Boys (1 mile)

12:50 13-14 and 15-18 Girls (3K)
1:20 13-14 and 15-18 Boys (3K)
1:50 Parent/Coach race & Open Adult (1 mile)

*Your age group is your age as of 12/31/2025,

not your day of race age.

AWARDS

Award will be available for pickup 45 minutes after the start of each race.

Individual: Awards for 1st- 8th place overall in each age group plus ALL 6U age group runners.

Team: Awards for members of 1st place team in each age group (7 years old and older). A scoring team consists of 5- 8 athletes. Standard displacement scoring. Higher-placing #5 runner breaks ties. Max 8 awards per age group team.
