West Seattle RoadRunners is a program of the Youth Endurance Sports Alliance, a non-profit organization, and is a completely volunteer-run organization. In addition to the volunteer coaches listed below, our team relies heavily on parent volunteers who assist our coaches in providing the safest and highest quality program possible for our youth athletes.

West Seattle RoadRunner Coaching Staff are active USATF members, have each completed the U.S. Center for SafeSport Training Course, and maintain current background checks to remain on the USTAF Safe Sport Compliance List. Additionally, parent volunteers who assist our coaches in practice complete SafeSport's Parent's Guide to Misconduct in Sport Training.
Coaches James, Jenny, Lindsey, and Devin are certified USATF Cross-Country Specialists and
Coach James is a USATF Level 2 Certified Coach.
